Mindtech Computers is an online store that sells used commercial laptops across India.
All our products are carefully tested and verified before dispatch to ensure quality and performance.

3. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must:

• Have a valid Indian address and contact number
• Use genuine contact and payment details while ordering

4. Products and Pricing

• All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Product images are actual photographs, but minor variations in color or condition may occur due to lighting or display settings.

• We reserve the right to change prices, specifications, or availability without prior notice.

5. Payments

We currently accept:

• UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD)

• All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  We do not store or share your payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the location.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

7. Returns & Replacements

• No cash refunds are issued.
• Replacement is available within 15 days only if the product is found to have a pre-existing defect.
• The company bears the shipping cost for verified defective products.
• Any damage caused by the customer after delivery is not covered.

8. Warranty

• Used laptops and PCs may come with a limited testing warranty (if mentioned in product description).
• Physical or water damage, unauthorized repairs, or misuse voids warranty immediately.

9. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate details while creating an account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, product images, and materials on Mindtech Computers are owned or licensed by us.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from product use or website access.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
