Refund and Returns Policy

At Mindtech Computers, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (used/refurbished laptops), we maintain the following Refund and Returns Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

• Once a product has been purchased and delivered in working condition, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• Customers are requested to carefully check the specifications, product details, and condition before confirming the purchase.

2. Replacement Policy

We only provide replacements in the following cases:

• The product has a manufacturing defect or pre-existing issue that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Wrong product delivered (different from the order).
• Please note that we do not offer refund and returns once the prder has been placed. All sales are final.
• We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase as these are OEM but used laptops.

⚠️ Note: Any defect or damage that occurs after purchase due to customer handling, software issues, virus attacks, liquid damage, physical damage, or power fluctuations will not be covered under replacement.

3. Replacement Process

• The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue.
• A detailed description, photos, or videos of the defect must be shared with our support team.
• Once verified, the defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• After inspection, a replacement will be provided with the same or equivalent product.
• Replacement products will be delivered within 10 days.

4. Shipping & Return Costs

• If the product is defective on arrival (DOA), Mindtech Computers will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the customer is returning the product for any other reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are expected to be delivered within 8-10 business days.
